If you can get through the baby arc, and that was a real slog, then you'll find yourself reading one of the best Game of Thrones fanfiction ever written.

Big plot point is that he is not the heir. Should of happened as soon as he was born. He does not get to say no as baby but that was for plot reasons I guess. Nothing notable in this fanfiction.
