Okay, I only made it to about chapter 30 so far, but I'm really wondering what is so special about this light novel? Correct me if I'm wrong and things get more interesting later. The guy is just your average dude who gets a special item that boosts growth and abilities. Every chapter is about him studying & training to make himself stronger. Then he beats everyone with ease. Only one fight so far was iffy, but then he pulls out his trump card. Where are the tactics and there doesn't appear to be any real story so far. I don't even think this guy has a friend and all conversations centered around him are training, getting into fights with others, and then getting praised. King of dull and I don't see this getting better given that he has a supercomputer eye that can instantly hit weak spots and crit his opponents. Would be more fun if there were actually strategies. It's just all about how strong fighters have made moves and him hiding his abilities is kind of annoying to be honest as what is the point? It would be different if that ability could be strategized against. Like I said, things could change later, but this it tough getting through and losing hope this is a good light novel. I like OP MC but this isn't even entertaining. I'd like it a bit better if the MC had a fun personality, but he's kind of dull and average.
