A Simple Priest... Or so I thought
This world has certainly changed since the last time I died...
In the United States, if you're from a rural town, you better get home before nightfall, or you might run into the madman with the chainsaw.
One rule most people know is: never enter a stranger’s house, or you might find yourself in a wax museum. And if you're planning a fun night with friends, don't choose a cabin in the middle of the woods.
If you're a scientist and you want to study something that might be beyond your control, don't do it in the middle of a small town.
Jonathan had heard many stories throughout his working life as a priest, and he had dealt with all kinds of problems—killer clowns, young people possessed by evil spirits, a disturbing dark being that invaded people's dreams, murderous dolls, monsters in the mist, and those things that only happen in a lighthouse.
As a priest, Jonathan had to take care of every real problem that came his way. Of course, his fees weren’t exactly cheap.
Whenever he took on a case, whether it was counseling or a cleansing, the results were always exactly what people hoped for.
Jonathan has to admit that sometimes he used a bit more gunpowder than necessary to handle a case, but he always solved everything with a single prayer:
"I ask you, God, to show me how to be open, but also teach me how to guard my heart. Help me not to fight the wrong way, but instead to think like a warrior of the kingdom. Thank you for being the light that guides my steps. I give you glory and praise for being my waymaker."
Jonathan is the greatest warrior of God among humans.
