The Haunted House I Own
A strange hearse stops outside the house, emitting an unsettling odor. From the ceiling comes the sound of marbles colliding. Footsteps echo through the hallway, pacing back and forth, while the room next door seems to be hosting some sort of eerie cutting. The bedroom door lock trembles slightly, and despite the faucet in the bathroom being tightly turned off, the sound of dripping water persists. From beneath the bed, the faint sound of a ball rolling back and forth can be heard. Water-stained footprints mysteriously appear on the floor, slowly creeping closer and closer.
At 3 a.m., Chris, clutching a kitchen knife, hides next to the radiator. His hands shaking, he dials the phone. "Landlord! Is this what you meant by 'a little noisy at night'?!"
