I started reading this novel when I saw that it is picked up by Webnovel. This novel is very popular within the Chinese community and I thought since that it looks rather interesting I would give it a try. But who knew that after that “giving a try”, it gave me sleepless night from just continuously reading the novel. My review will contain quite a lot of spoiler since I am at about chapter 1435. So please read it at your own risk. Firstly, as I have said before, I have and am reading the raws. I reread the translations and it is really good. Even though I am able to understand Chinese but it is not very fantastic, by reading the translations I am able to understand some parts better. For eg Spade Z(黑桃Z) haha I didn’t realise it is named as spade since I have always thought 黑桃 is a name. Therefore, the translations are really good in my opinion and I thank the translator for that. For the plot, I would say the entire novel feels like it is a roller coaster. There is story progression. Basically, as for currently, the novel is mainly dissected into before Qin Mo knew that Fu Jiu(Bao Jiu) is a girl, after Qin Mo found out that she is a girl, Qin Mo suspicion on her being Hacker Z, after he confirmed his findings on her being Hacker Z. Well, the story isn’t exactly dissected into just these 4 parts but I didn’t want to spoil too much so I just state the much obvious to the current readers. Before Qin Mo knew that she was a girl, haha it is a very hilarious read. Fu Jiu had to hide her secret within close proximity. By reading the chapters, I feel tense for her. Qin Mo’s actions were really cute though!! He truly cared for her and the teasing by Fu Jiu is very funny as well. The story develops and Qin Mo found himself to be attracted to her. Well I will explain the plot until here. But the story is really progressive into their character development. I would say that most of the characters have very strong personality which is very admirable especially the main characters’ close circle. Also as the story goes, the description of the games becomes more detailed. Ahh I haven’t played games for many months. After reading them, I really feel like playing the game again. Well since during their competitions, the game 英雄(hero) is described like a moba game. It really reminded me of LoL. While reading these chapters, you or well for me I find it exciting just imagining it. The main key point to the story that entice me is actually the team spirit when they play the game which is heavily emphasised in the novel. As for the romance, the novel is dissected into different parts as well. Honestly, I was confused at one point of the story. But this confusion doesn’t affect me in continuing me to read the novel. The love from Qin Mo is very constant throughout the story. (Except for one part of the story at chapter 1200+ but don’t worry it is just that when they faced a problem) Qin Mo loves the male lead no matter the problem he faced. What made me pity him at the first part of the story is the fact that the female lead has too many secrets. I felt sad for him. The female lead’s romance for the male lead is rather slow or actually even I am not sure whether I judged it correctly. Regardless, she cared and respected him from the start to then showing her utmost care, love and sacrifice. Their romance may consist of many misunderstandings but as it goes they will slowly resolve it. Other than the main characters’ romance, the side characters’ romance were also included. Such as Yun Hu and Li Feng, Jiang Zuo and Yao Yao. Similar to the main characters’ romance there were many misunderstandings and sweet moments, it is just not as complicated as the main characters. Well, I am not good at writing reviews so please excuse my horrible way of phrasing my thoughts. However, I would just like to state that this novel is really good and very exciting. I would recommend this novel to this novel to someone who is looking for a very smart couple with a rather unique romance plot.

The novel is so interesting, can't get enough of it. But the chapters are to short since it reach 1000+ chapters
