Okay so I thought I'd be into this, but as someone who works out this novel really underplays the amount of effort and pain that I go through =p not saying it's bad but I just can't read it cus someone telling you "techniques" doesnt enable you to do pull ups if you havent slowly built up the upper body strength.

there are many things that cant be proved in novels ..he is just convincing those parents saying word like this..we know he doesnt have that much knowledge its just that cuz of that card its working.he made up words like that to convince those parents since there is no other way..pls chill and read as there is more chapters

Nah man I don't take these novels seriously and jus enjoy them, most of the time cus they're so out there i can't relate them to my life in anyway. But I can't read this one that undermines my efforts so easily =p

Well same goes for cooking novels, cultivation novels, gaming novels etc. In the end they are all just an escape from reality and are meant to be taken with a grain of salt. I do understand your viewpoint though.
