This is a refreshing story that downplays its system while delivering an amazing narrative. Top quality reading that focus heavily on medicines and farming. I was turned off by the modern setting at first. However this is a really nice book. Good read with a flowing and enjoyable story. Have only read to chapter 19; even if the story slows down in the future the early chapters are worth a read. This books story is focusing on daily life, system, cultivation, medicine, farming, powerful people interested in mc, poor money management, lying, low violence, fast paced story for mundane things. Ps If your looking for the next face slapping war monger your probably in the wrong place.
