Very interesting story with a repetive cycle of getting hired, doing well, pissing someone off and getting fired which gets boring to the core. Also a lot of offending are just senseless just for the face smacking at the end. If I have a talented employee I do not need to antagonize him for no reason.

LIKEThe thing is that it's much more relatable to see him constantly in trouble with his employers than sects and lineages in more fantasy based novels because corruption is so much more easy to relate to. Plus who doesn't know that people are always trying to steal you out of your copyrights and stuff? Just remember the Facebook incident

True, but using that once or twice is fine. But it is repeating too much here. Also I never saw anywhere him trying to sell the copyrights he own to foreign countries. Basically from a companies perspective he is a money ****** machine. But I understand why no company is ****** honest methods to befriend him. The story is good which makes me laugh and boils the blood through the poems.

Yes it's cliche face smacking and repitetive novel. But still it makes people to read. It's kinda of refreshing and good way to escape from those all cultivation and action novles. As Author portrayed Zhang Ye as patriotic maniac, I don't see anything wrong about him from not selling those copyrights to foreign countries😀. Its kinda acceptable:p. And yeas this novel make me crave for more and more of those poems😍😍
The novel is fantastic! I love Zhang Ye and his face smacking moments, but I hate his rape-ish tendency's and that he caused trouble where ever he goes just to satisfy his patriotism. Not going to lie, but it just doesn't seem right when the author is constantly making other countries look so bad infront of China, just tells us how Zhang Ye contains elements of the authors nationalism and his hate for other countries other than China. I get it, he loves his country and made this book for the Chinese populace but too much hate on other countries would generally lose readers, no?
I wish I could downvote comments... But I guess, so do you. Wouldn't it be nice? Then and like most other websites, after a certain number of downvotes(unless you get a lot of upvotes too), the comments would get hidden unless you enable a setting that shows them. Then we could get rid of all those idiots that doesn't remove their "exp" comments.
