I LOVE a good roti.... but then again, I'm used to the Caribbean version of the dish. Not sure if you mean THAT roti or chapati.

Trinidad and Tobago! Our roti is a softer (and larger) version of chapati that we eat wrapped up with curried potatoes, channa and meat, and sometimes other vegetables. There are a few of versions of the dish, actually (there's sada, which is more like your chapati, as well as my two favourites: buss-up-shot and doubles), each with their own sides and seasonings to suit. We Trinis are extreme foodies, and have very strong East Indian as well as African influences in a lot of our food.
