I feel the same but that Tag is false. Read the reviews of people who have actually read the thing and not basing their reviews on other reviews. It's a great story and there's no ntr

I don't think it actually happened from what I read (MTL). People just assumed she slept with the guy when she actually didn't. Everyone is lead to believe she did, including the MC, but she never bothers to explain it due to the circumstances. Her relationship with MC wasn't what readers wanted and I think that lead to people spreading false information.

I agree with OwuraV that there was no NTR in the story. Some women that had feelings for MC had bad endings, but nobody was stolen from MC.
