I'm Ukrainian, and some terms like "shixiong" can't be translated in my native language, because we don't have any similar meaning at all. Same with English, I can guess. Your closest meaning can be damaged by your English meaning, that this word already hold in your mind. So I'm on your side, translator, thanks for your work. About uncles, there are nine of them, they have names, but all of them primarily called by their counter :) so this isn't a problem at all. Novel doesn't shows sings to fall into "It was indeed worthy some lame lvl/cauldron/technique/beast/pellet/etc.." without any plot or meaning. Nice novel.
