In the Story are a lot of places that feel like fillers to lengthen the chapter. Most stories have them, but here they are also insertet in the paragraphs that contain the important stuff so that you can not skip them. This makes reading the story realy exhausting and frustrating.

The author use natural conversations and occurrences to introduce important information, as well as world building, instead of a bunch of info dump. The thing you called "filler" is actually story telling. This novel is basically a western fantasy novel. You won't find non-stop combat or MC keep picking up useless rare stuff that doesn't do anything to the story. If there are important information, then it's not a filler. I've read over 200 chapters and almost every part either have some important info or have something to do with the plot.
