This story are really interesting for me. Althrought the names could be bothering at the beginning, it will be better at later chapters, so, just be patient when you read it.

the problems with names are related to the translation and localization of Genshin itself in different languages, because of which after direct translation the usual names seem distorted. And my knowledge of English really leaves much to be desired. I hope you will continue to be interested in reading, I will try to post the remaining chapters I have written up to 100 in the near future, and then the rest of my 3 works, which I also update regularly.
It's fine I see some HI3 translator have the same problem, atleast I still could understand most of them. I know english could be confusing at times, it happen a lot to me when I just start learn it (and sometimes it still happen.) And no I don't think that I even close to burn out of reading Fanfiction, even if I did some of them are just too interesting to ignore (yours are one of it.)
