Well it really depends on his preparations and abilities (a bit of a spoiler) If he's well prepared he can probably take Sunny (in a fight) although if it's Nephis and Sunny then it will be difficult but Nephis and Sunny will win (just barely)

is that assuming sunny doesn't prepare for him. In return, or weave any memories specifically against him or prepares the better field because sunny is a treacherous shadow after all

Yup If Sunny is prepared then it's kind of like equal with the fight leaning more towards Sunny since he has shadow dance that let's him predict his opponents moves
