The novel itself, the topic, is quite interesting, but the main problem I have with this novel is it feels like I'm reading a Chinese translation. There's some misplaced metaphors that I do not get. Each time I read it, it feels like it does not match with the other paragraphs. I don't know if it's just me, but yeah, that's how I interpret this novel in the beginning chapters because it's turning me off to continue reading because it's that prevalent.

LIKEWell considering the mc was suppose to have wrote something about the issues of Russia that originated from the 19th century and he himself is there… I would assume he atleast has a developmental path of future knowledge to work with and some inspiration for tech that could be made, atleast a little, earlier. But as for how effective he is at his plan, getting engineers to bring his “ideas” life, what works for and against hisnplans and if he will get too preoccupied with “development” or war? No idea as I haven’t read it…
