Gohan is my favorite Dragon Ball character. And I will do right by him with this story. As for what to expect, you should expect a story true to Gohan’s actual character. He’s a pure of heart person who wants to protect those that he loves. Within him, is an anger that surpasses even the likes of his father or even Vegeta, as seen many times throughout the series. This story focuses on what Gohan would do if his father was gone and HE had to save the world time and time again. He doesn’t like that he has to, but he must. He doesn’t enjoy feeding into that anger in his heart, but he must. Gohan isn’t some Alpha Chad edge lord like some portray him as. Yes, when he gets angry, he says some rather violent things, but that is not all there is to the character. There’s a balance between the kind, studious young man and the feral beast inside of him. At least, that’s my interpretation. Also, trunks and goten will have plot relevance again.
