The story is nice. No sudden ' OP power' despite there is *system*; The MC gain power through progression. Oh, and character relationship is Ok. MC is like the... heir-clan guys at Naruto class big brother. Dialogue is nice too, no stiff. Currently theres's no romance, though maybe its's with Kiba's sister, with how often MC visits her (though for the puppies, but she's there). Nothing serious though. Writing quality is also good. And this is not translation, so there will be *drama* *tension* kind of thing instead of face-slapping or random person awe. Though, this story also embrace some japanese style story with many PoV changes. In fact, that's why i will drop this after this far. Too many PoV changes. Though they're not repeating the same story, but progressing the story through their PoV, in detail. Like, currently its chunin exam arc. Some chapters filled entirely with Naruto, Shikamaru, Ino and others battle, in their PoV each. with detailed description of their battle.
