Pretty unrealistic that anyone wouldn't be able to just speedrun pokemon emerald in a day or 2. MC wastes time shiny hunting and wastes pokeballs on catching non-shinies when he could speedrun the game, get some high level mons and then do shiny hunting

This is a very nice story. The MC's cheat is unique, something I rarely see from Pokemon fics and also well executed. The premise of the story is pretty interesting, and the fic takes part in urban life, so it's a completely new world where Pokemon exists in the modern era. Although there are few mistranslations and mishaps in the character names, the fic is mostly well translated.

This is some dog shit. I get bad translation quality but this is some other worldly weird shit going on. Where the fuck did China come into play and why the fuck are they given American first names but Chinese last names (Trevor Feng)? If you know that the translation quality for the first 50 chapters is bad then you go back and you fucking fix it. Don't just fucking accept that it's bad. Have some goddamn sense of pride.
