Good story but progressing too slow for me. Tried to hold on but it seems like him gaining powers will take a while or wait for some huge built-up that I simply don't have the patience for. skimmed my way through 50 chapters. But had to drop since I barely read the last 20 and can't read for real before he awakens but by that time I'm sure I've lost out on many characters and info. Too bad. but like I said in the beginning it really is a good story and well written. The teasing of a power everybody has but he hasn't for 50 chaps just took me out since I'm one of those readers you gotta give a little bit of satisfaction/accomplishment early on for me to get hooked.
Liked it!
LIKEI appreciate you giving this review. I have mentioned it (in 2nd chap) that this is a slow-paced novel, especially at the start. Although the MC hasn't awakened any powers in the first 50 chaps, the constant building up of his character is there, and it isn't like the plot isn't progressing. There is a reason why he's a late bloomer, but at the same time, as you can see, he isn't reliant on other characters. He solves his problems with his own brain and newfound knowledge, which aims to highlight his capability even as a dormant. The 1st volume has around 60 chaps and things start to pick up from there. Thank you for giving this novel a try though, and I appreciate the 4 star review (truly). But I understand this may not be your cup of tea, and there is nothing wrong with that. After all, people's preferences are diverse. Have a good day.
