A woman’s journey towards redemption and getting herself back the way she was before, but more than what and who she is as she was, only to her true friends and allies. Most of the characters are likeable and relatable, but a few are detestable and insufferable, especially the MIL, who made and treated her own sons as puppets. Where I am at now in the story is just at the MC’s start of execution of their plans as they work together fixing what needs to be fixed and destroying what needs to be destroyed, resolving everything at the end.

LIKEAs of now, I have stopped reading at Ch. 102, but still I would continuously read this. The FMC already has been freed from the MMC, and from their household (from the toxic MMC’s family). But still along the way, there are some encounters with the ex-husband as the people that go through or meet the FMC with her new lease on life are also familiar but not so unfamiliar with her ex. If ever the MMC wants to win his ex-wife’s affection and trust again, he has a long, long time to grovel his way to earn her back. And I don’t think the author would make his character take the easy way out of his suffering after betraying our FMC and with the pain that he had caused her.
