I know a lot about this book because Sloth is my homie, and I am Da Homie, so this is how it is... just read it.

An interesting opening but the quality drops after awhile. The biggest strength of this piece is the crafting but it becomes more and more of an afterthought. I understand and appreciate that the mc has relationships and other things to consider but I expect the mc of a piece called god of crafting should put the priority on creating. There are probably about the same number of chapters about porn and crafting. The mc starts out interesting but starts making less sense as he “develops”. By around chapter 150 he’s a caricature of himself. Rather than grow or mature he becomes more of a child.

It's disappointing, the author is almost completely immersed in romance after 44 chapters, it's not very interesting for me, because if I wanted to read romantic novels, I would read them, but not here. After chapters 44 to 69, which are available to me at the moment, the author just pours out a lot of water about relationships, feelings and all that. I realize that I'm adding a little romance for the sake of interest, but it's too much for me.

Rule number 1 of reviewing books: For normal books Reviewing it without more than 100 chapters is pointless . But if that reviewing book is sloth’s than the rule number 1 nullified …

I would like to help you be as handsome as I am. Step 1: Release more chapters.

While the start had an interwsting premise the other succeeding chapters went down hill. I read to ch70+ and found it hard to maintain my want to continue reading this novel. Imagine having a good start but just went to the r18+ and romance route im the end and still almost have no knowledge of cultivation and easily catch up to other people without drama and all. Their is nothing that keeps my interest to read but the romamce and r18 which I already lost interest in.

Over 40 chapters in. The MC is.... let's say naïve. But, some people are so I didn't mark down for that. Cultivation levels/ranks.... honestly when reading I kept scratching my head. I suspect that the author's first language may not be English, but if so they still do a very good job in general. But, the cultivation ranks were.... exceedingly confusing to me. Furthermore, I don't know what mechanism the author is planning to use to have this guy (who knows nothing about cultivation except for trying for years to sense Qi to officially start it and apparently having at most a high school education) understand about the details of electronics and technology. Not saying he can't, but the author implied that his physical training and working as a cashier basically was his life prior to the start. As a reader who works in the tech industry, it kind of had me shaking my head a few times. And, last but not least... as some people pointed out there is a 'romance' tag. But, the overall supposed to be 'urban'. Given the amount of time this subject is given, I think this entire novel should be recategorized to 'romance', because everything else seems to take a backseat to that in the storyline.
