Well, I think you misunderstood many things. He did commit heinous crimes to achieve his powers. This is specified in the first chapter, where he is considered a threat to the entire shinobi world. Additionally, I think you are under the impression that he just needs to take a small part of someone's DNA to steal their power, similar to how the Hashirama cells work. However, that's not the case in this story. He first needs to kill someone, extract all of their blood, and then mix their blood cells and DNA with his own to acquire their kekkei genkai. Secondly, the origin of his powers will be explained gradually over the chapters. It's not feasible to explain all of it in a single chapter. And If you believe that hunting down thousands of shinobi with unique abilities and killing them is not selfless, then I don't know what your definition of selfless is. As for his ambition driving him, like I mentioned, his past life will be explained bit by bit, as it is too complex and lengthy to explain in a single chapter. Lastly, could you tell me where he acted rashly and pathetically, and where he antagonizes someone he could manipulate? The only one he antagonized was Konohamaru. If you think thoroughly, by the time Konohamaru would be worth manipulating, he would be around 20 years old or more. By then, Naruto would most likely be at his peak once again.

Well, I can't really say anything about that since I wanted to add some fun element in this fic too, no offence but he don't really go around insulting he only does it when he is provoked or annoyed. for example sakura called him stupid and as for the unearned part, Well, When I made this fic I imagined a Naruto at his full potential, someone who is basically a god. If someone like him were to reincarnate, he would naturally look down on almost everyone. As the chapters progress, I will try to improve the character design, though I can't guarantee perfection since I am still new to writing.
