bro make him evil for his goals and don't add romance or harem and your novel would great for lot people because novel with villain and romance are bad mix for evil fans but this is your novel and this just suggestion from reader and your the writer so it's your right whether to add it or not but i would recommend not adding it

He is going to be purely goal oriented, there will be no romance and if I do decide to add it later (It'll be really late) It'll be entirely due to manipulation to further his goals.
