For Pre-Readers; This is a chinese translation, i think so..there is wuxia vibeolin many chapters.. Mc, who was a manga fan(?) Reincarnated into bleach world 200 years before canon events.Mc is a part of 2nd division,specifically onmitsukido ..He has a golden finger "unlimited bladework as bankai with trace on " ability..According to chinese author , using this power, mc can create weopons/zanpakuto of anyone from soul society by seeing it or create anime weopons(ability+) from his previous life memories. -this mc can create zanpakutos of anyone in UBW world using shirou's ability - eg:- If mc watch yamamato zanpakuto,he can create it in UBW dimension also his equivalent experience and ability can be gained.. -Mc challenged for 2nd division vice captian seat and won -After that some nonsense event is happening .. ■ Im not so familiar with FATE series, But im sure that chinese author not fully read FATE or bleach series..Can anyone confirm UBW& trace on ability of emiya shirou as this fanfic.. -Anyway original author tried to stretch lot of small events -Overall ,An interesting concept fanfic with wuxia vibes

Yes but a lot of the reason why it's 3/4 is because he is weak being just a human in a battlefield of demi-gods/legends and has low mana (prana) capacity/circuits. If his ability was given to someone with higher base stats/mana it would be OP.
