The novel is good to be honest. The only problem I have is about the MC. I'm not saying he should be a murder hobo, but seriously? giving him a hero complex? Then there's the whole identity disassociation that annoys me. He doesn't want to kill innocents? that's fine even though the rule is too strict. He had a choice to kill a criminal or to die and he actually chose death🤦. At that point I almost dropped the book. What completed my decision was that after he finally chose to kill, he decided that a hero complex was a good thing to have. This book might be for others, but it definitely ain't for me.

Just for support I'm not going to read it anytime soon. The subject seems interesting. There are many good novels that never end. The seriousness and effort of the author is very important. If you like your writing, then keep writing. In the early months of publishing books, only a few are noticed.

I realy liked this story, much for the protagonist that has a lot cool of caracteristics (loved the eternal smile), the side-charcters (the love intrest and others) that are unique and the world-building wich was smal but satisfatory. But i still would like more details in the way he (MC) trains and uses his powers. Please write again.
