!!!!SPOILER WARNING!!!! Alright, so this is a great read! The novel is honestly an excellent surprise! Gal has done an amazing job of creating an interesting and new world. Writing Quality: 5/5 - honestly I couldn’t find anything to point out. There may have been something here and there but to be fair, I didn’t see anything. Update Stability: 5/5 - Chapters have been updated daily, the novel is still new, so this is a mulligan. If there’s anything to say, this won’t be dropping as New Eden has maintained consistency. Story Development: 5/5 - A lot of information has been revealed during the first six chapters but isn’t just thrown at you. It’s paced out well and the plot is interesting and compelling. Character Design: 5/5 - Henry (Karl) is a good main character and his drive to push the story forward is believable (as a father myself, if my son was killed I too would be compelled to do the same as him.) World Background: 5/5 - futuristic world? Check. Murderous AI? Check. Colonizing aliens? Check. System? Check! We haven’t been given much about the entire situation, but everything we have received has been intriguing and makes you want to learn more. Overview: 5/5 - can’t express enough how great this novel is. You will not be disappointed picking this one up. A strong contender in WSA and Gal is coming out swinging HARD! The story takes place in a combination of ocean and Chutly mythology world, a new and interesting background. It’s an attractive story to read due to the author’s sense of humor and mastery over the ambiance of the story. --------------- Another-style introduction: "On that day, a thick fog engulfed everything. On that day, he became the captain of a ghost ship. On that day, he crossed the dense fog and faced a completely overturned and shattered world – the former order was completely gone, and peculiar phenomena dominated the endless seas beyond civilized society. The island city-states and the fleets challenging the sea have become the only lights of civilization left, while the shadows of old days still lurk in the deep sea, waiting to devour this dying world again. But for the new captain, there's only one pressing question – Does anyone know how to sail this damn ship?!"
