So he is not even the winter soldier, so the title is a full on lie, also the writing is pretty terrible, it feels like chunks of the story haven't been posted and it jumps about.

what a stup*d thing to say. why do you think he is not "the winter soldier". don't you know that "the winter soldier" is the name of the program and given as the title for those who graduated the program. like "black widow" having the title because he graduated the program of "red room".

"He's not the Winter Soldier" is a statement that is clearly said as a fan of the actual character and not the mere title. As a fan of the Winter Soldier, I have to agree with the og comment. This Self Insert is not that guy.
