Through the sheer power of fast-passes, (And some beta reading because I'm friend with the author) I have reached chapter 104, and I will try my best to cast an unbiased review about this story as a whole.
What is this story all about? It's a story about 18 Godlike humans who fought against the apocalypse for the humanity's future. 70 years passed since the apocalypse, and these 18 individuals regressed back into the past, 2 years right before the apocalypse.
The MC, Nagan Ingram, is one of those godlike individuals.
Other than the fact that this timeline is immensely different than the last one, the story focuses on MC's side who mainly stays in a private realm owned by his rabbit-eared alien wife where their kingdom resided.
In which, they expand their population by either taking refugees, or literally making offsprings. Some questionable morality is implied, but remember, the rabbit wife is not a human and shouldn't be judged using human's morality.
Oh also, the rabbit-eared offsprings immediately come out mature and ready to work or fight (THEY YEARN FOR THE MINE), they also inherited the MC's power, strenght, special abilities, and traits.
Which mean that each generation is stronger than before.
Did I mention that the concept of age didn't exist to them and they practically grow physically, mentally, and spiritually through experience?
Did I mention that they also evolve and mutate?
So it's literally one domestic family in the form of a kingdom, despite the book telling you otherwise. It's weird and unheard of, but get used to it, the world-building is amazing that I promise you.
Writing Quality: 9/10
The writing is top notch with many important, emotional, and hype moment woven in rhymes and metaphors. It used a lot of show-not-tell, and there are also a good balance between exposition and actions that follows it. Mistakes exist, but I think the writing is great.
The pace is also not fast enough that you don't know what is happening, nor is it slow enough to make you bored.
Story Development: 9/10
I didn't thought that a story about a man and his family of rabbits can be this engaging and dynamic. All of MC's daughters possess personality and quirk that's inherited from him, and they bring a lot of wacky comedy and plot progression into the story. Though sometimes, things can escalate really fast.
Character Design 10/10
One of the rabbit possess two left arms and one right arm that is essentially bigger and holding the equivalent of nuclear fusion reactor. One of the rabbit has a vertical halo on her back, and so on. The MC is a dynamic mastermind in the making that adapts to the highest degree, to the point that his wife got scared of him, lol.
Some of the side characters are also great, like a mouse-eared never-aging race that bear spiritual fire on their ears. I haven't seen much design and characterization on the Earth side, but I guess the story is still too early.
Updating Stability: 7/10
Sometimes it's 3 chapters, sometimes it's one big chapter, not something I can cal consistent. But it updates daily, so 7 points.
World Background: 9/10
The story took place in many places, and it will definitely expand more. The main stage of the plot as of now is the apocalypse that's happening on earth, with three other mysterious faction that haven't been revealed yet. And then there is the MC playing base building game on his private realm and wayward world.
Regardless, it's a must try story if you want something new. I suggest ignoring all of the flaw you see and read until chapter 50 before you decide, it's crafted with passion and eyes for details, except some of the occasional mistakes there and there lol.
Is it the best of the best? Not really. Is it a fun story? Most definitely. As such, I reccomend to you "My Apocalyptic Rabbit Wife", a story about doomguy-like protagonist, and his rabbit-eared wife.

IS THIS A DOOM REFERENCE ALL ALONG!???
