This happened to be one of the choices offered for an event on fantasy romance novels. I'm glad I gave it a go! it was a refreshing take on the whole damsel in distress saved by her prince charming. it is simply unique! From action, drama, friendship, love, loss, to magic and intelligence this book has it all!

I can definitely say that I love a good revenge story.But what I love more than that, is when I'm absolutely wrong and it's not only about the revenge, but also about the obstacles different characters have to go through.There's also the element of surprised that will probably amaze some of us, and I hope everyone will enjoy it as much as I do.

OMG I'm dying the cover is so beautiful! I like it already, it's the type of fantasy that I've been waiting for–revenge filled with lots of magic and romance! I hope this is going to be a slow burn romance because I really want to see Aideen get stronger and overcome her traumas. Nicely done beginning, very intriguing!
