I thought I would see some changes but isn’t this just a retelling of the pjo series and books with the myths too, there’s absolutely nothing new here.

there is literally so many changes of the story. not to mention the fact that you read the title and assumed that it wouldn't be a retelling and changing of the story is just stupid. every fanfic is a retelling of the original story or myth, this is common sense.

I myself haven't noticed any real changes at all yet at least maybe a few small ones that I missed but overall it just seems to be a copy and paste could be wrong and the fact I only read Chap 1 so far is why it feels that way but ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ just sayin

Yeah no Fanfiction is about changing canon and tweaking it or even completely redesigning it all fanfics aren't just a retelling of canon infact just copying canon is considered lazy and a sign of bad writing and lack of imagination nevertheless you're right about this fic there are changes to this story and it isn't just sticking to canon
