It's a really good novel. I'm on chapter 1200 and the author still maintains high standards. The plot is quite intricate and the things that seemingly make no sense are reasonably explained later on. Don't give it up while reading early chapters!

This story is awesome. I read it when it was a machine translation and it was good. The mc is cautious and plans things out. He does not chase after females and think with his second head. Good read.

While this book does have a few problems like super slow cultivation progression this is overall an absolutely fantastic novel. It has ever improving world building and an exceedingly unique setting as far as cultivation on top of a cunning MC and it’s mostly free from the plague that is high levels of plot armor. I would suggest reading the translation on scribble hub which while slower is of way higher quality and still has daily updates.

Novel self masterpiece. Translation is on the better side of average not as good as the translation from the original human translater, but in my opinion the best choose out there.

Quality story with the classic simulation twist. The author makes the MC fight for every scrap of power without overtly favoring him with plot armor. Very enjoyable and I would recommend this if you like simulation immortality novels.

I think this is the only novel that has made me feel like, yes [b]'[THIS IS WHAT AN IMMORTAL SHOULD BE LIKE]'[/b] and as of chap 1524 this is particularly glaring, unlike some novels, where looking back now, feels kinda bland. And the level of attention paid to the smallest of detail is unbelievable that it feels more like a biography than a novel bcus the level at which this novel flows is so unbelievably realistic that it is unbelievable. *I think this should be a ground-breaking novel in the webnovel industry(only ever really read webnovel or i wound have given more)* *ps: last chap got me so pumped that i just had to write all this.*

Love the story, the translation on the other hand, not so much. My score is based on the story though so I'll give it 5 stars despite it rightly being more of a 4.4 due to the translation being so bad.

A very good novel. Very good not only compared to Chinese novels, but even when compared to best works. It gives a whole new outlook to the cultivation genre.
