Review Detail of Jackleell in The Eminence of a True Monarch of the Shadows

He acts like a person who is good to people, but he's just a two-faced person who would kill innocent people for no reason. Here's an example: an innocent maid accidentally witnessed something she shouldn't have. She was not evil or bad in any way. He could have used his powers to wipe her mind of what she saw, but he outright killed her for no reason. I understand he used to be an assassin, but this is just cruel, burning her alive. And there's the part where he does it in the morning, and you're telling me no one can hear her scream? I don't like this novel anymore.
