Story very similar to a certain anime indeed. Maybe too similar… But the writing quality is difficult. You completely lost me in volume 2. They fight and next chapter we are in an academy, and then suddenly we meet someone and get to know there was a 15 years time jump, ok. And then it jumps again without concluding the meeting, and meeting someone else and then we are back in academy life again without concluding the meeting. Btw you did not even explain the world setting. These jumps make it an unreadable for me.

Only on chapter 4 and it’s already bad. I know, I know, people will say “read past chapter 4 and it gets good!” but if I don’t even like it after 4 chapters why would I read any more? The main character is a genuine idiot. Like he instantly tells his servant every single one of his plans and. Actually, I don’t even feel like putting in the effort for such a sub-par novel. It’s trash

He knows he is being cringe the whole time but does not stop being cringe. If anything, it makes him worse. It also feels like he is just jumping to one half-baked plot point to the next and only has an arbitrary goal of making a cult for the sake of making a cult.
