My original review was erased by Webnovel鈥檚 janky phone UI, but here鈥檚 a tl;dr review. As of Ch 5: 2.8/5 There are frequent tense shifts and a flagrant lack of punctuation. I find this difficult to read, and many people who don鈥檛 have English as their first language will agree. The plot is somewhat novel but there are a few plotpoints that feel forced and cringe-inducing (his discussions with God and the events with MC鈥檚 father). This is a middle-of-the-pack webnovel, but I hope the author continues with it so they can improve their writing skills and grasp of English.

Forcing events a twisting the laws of magic so that you can have a "BAD GUY" they fight is lame. I would rather have them become OP then have a lame bad guy show down or him annoying them all the time.

Overall good reading material. But there's some very forced events. And some scenes just doesn't make sense. Like Esther's obsession over killing vampires, they didn't kill her or did any heinous things when she was alive. Freya being immortal witch also doesn't make sense.
