Many many times happen some of those people want to threaten MC family because of some girl/they lose to mc/jealously/exposure of treasure he reveals and so he kills them with their families and country. This is harem, those girls repeatedly badmouth MC with same lines, everyone is top notch beauty, then we have dual cultivation this makes even worse.
