Oh man, what an amazing novel!!! where do I even start?!? Okay, okay, okay, let’s get into it! First off, the MC, his struggles, his interactions with family and friends is absolutely relatable, believable, and excellently portrayed by the author! The way the collapse occurs and the reactions and portrayals by the cast are amazing and work excellently to push the novel forward without an info dump. Honestly, the novel didn’t really read as a zombie apocalypse until the reveal and that was such a satisfying moment. The writing excels and is a step above a lot of novels on the platform, there’s next to nothing to critique in this department. This is 100% worth the read and definitely a must have in your library! Keep up the amazing work Author and I can’t wait to see how you progress the story!

Apocalypse check, likeable protagonist check, intense beginning chapters check. This book is off to a great start, that’s all I can say without giving away too much. I like the way the story is heading and hate how the last chapter I read ended on a cliffhanger. Now, I’m no fan of first person and present tense. Some of you may feel the same but I can guarantee this author makes it a unique experience. Whether you like the way it’s written or not you have to admit the grammar is great 5/5

This book is 1st person Pov done right. The best one I've read so far and liked considering the fact that I don't usually tend to praise books written in 1st person. The pacing is great, the writing is great and while the MC kinda gets to your nerves at the start ( probably only me. Might vary for others), you'll understand why in 2 or 3 chapters. The world is intriguing and makes me wanna scream for more at the chapter where I left off but all in all, it's a very entertaining and immersive read. One of the best Zombie/Apocalypse starts out there. Note to author: I'll haunt you if you drop this!

The story still is at the very beginning but it has potential. I found myself scrolling angry for the next chapter until I noticed I had read everything. While it still is too early to get any in-depth review for this one, the potential for the future is there.

That was a rush! first three chapters but it's totally my type (not that I would want to be in the story though😅)But the book is simply awesome for anyone who's into horror and action genre. characters behavior are realistic and relatable, I have no issues with it. Author did a great job

You want novel with Mutation x Apocalypse? A dark-themed novel starting with a banging description of gore? Ohh, you got it! O great author, I praise thy noble soul to deliver such delectable content for me to devour.

Legitimately a really well written piece of literature. I initially put it off because Remington sucks at synopses, but after giving it a proper go, I can safely say that I'm glad I did. The MC's thought processes are well-done and accurately reflect the teenage angst found in one who's suffered and who's come from a broken family. Post-apocalyptic settings provide the author with a lot of leeway in displaying the ugliness and beauty of mankind. To write a story in this setting and not do so is the most basic misstep, I'm glad to say that it's not the case for this novel. There are a thousand words that could be used to praise or criticise this novel, but ultimately, my final advice will always be the same. Give it a go. You lose nothing by reading two chapters, and by the time you look up, you'll realise you're late for work. Froggo grin.
