The story feels kinda slow and easy overall as far as I've read it. It had lots of banters between Wentworth and his colleagues, which makes the story feels more light-hearted and easier to follow compared to other HPverse stories. The story focuses more on how Wentworth just want to focus on experiencing the wizarding world fully, while the adults around him have tons of expectation because he has Grindelwald's blood flowing in him. Would just post 2ch/day until it hits 15k wordcount and be back with 1ch/day, Thank you all!

As another reviewer has pointed out its Hogwarts: I became the third dark lord, but if you go and read that its only MTL translated were this is properly edited, well its a lot better than the MTl version, I hope the editor releases this quickly as i like this fan fic just can't stand MTLs. As its a fan fic its not like we need to pay stones for it so people need to stop calling its plagiarism, there are plenty of Fanfics that are just edited MTLs, why complain if we have someone willing to edit it for us. Keep up the great work and added to my read list.

You would find this twist of HPverse in more or less better in the sense of world building! This fanfic took place in a universe where Grindelwald have a descendant himself (our MC). Rather than having a smart or strong MC as far as I've read it, Wentworth would be much more into the type of MC that simply rolls with how the story folds before him. As I said above, the world building in this is probably one of the strongest point. While Wentworth is having a life of his own, the writer doesn't abandon what's happening outside of Hogwarts.

(3.8/5 stars) The writing is good without any spelling/grammar error. The story itself is mid...good as your first harry potter fanfic but if you've read a few already then you'll find mc naive, especially his fanboy attitue toward hogwarts and dumbledore. This is more like slice of life where mc is there to enjoy the dreamy world of magical Harry Potter he've read, instead of immersing himself in that world as real and planning accordingly. I'm not into dumbledore bashing but i do think he should be dealt with causion instead of thinking of him as magical grand fairy.

its literarily a carbon copy of Hogwarts: Toby and his young lady. Everything is literally the same! Same plot, same punchlines down to its grammar. The only difference is that the Mc here is the descendant while the mc of the other story is the "bodyguard" of Grindelwalds descendant (oh yeah, other mc has a better name lol.). Not sure which is the original but if you read any of the two books, you will just basically read the other one.

Lawrence Flyn was many things. Served in the army during WW2, he took place in many battles. He wasn't particularly strong or even incredibly skilled with guns. For the longest time he didn't know why he lived, when so many friends of his died. At the Omaha Beach, he saw so many of his fellow soldiers cut down by enemy fire and explosions. During his time out of the army, many of his fellow soldiers had died from their debilitating injuries. He found out though. He took any job a child could do but in the end, his Mother still died. Trying to move on with his life, he fell in love eventually. But she too was killed during their trip to Hawaii when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. He joined the army, not out of patriotism, but hate. His spite for the world grew like a fire from that day on. Hoping for himself to die in the war, he never got his wish. The years went on but still, his spite never left him. It wasn't until the year 2010 at the tender age of 95 that he finally saw his foolishness. All that bitterness and hate he carried made him miserable. Life was unfair, but one should never give up on the smallest chance to be happy. In his retirement home he began to make friends with the other residents. Finding hobbies and talking with them. Eventually, he got into anime. It was introduced by one of his friend's Grandsons when he visited. He used the time he had left to indulge in the shows made by the Country he loathed until just recently. He spent the rest of his days comfortably, waiting to be reunited with his Lover once again when he finally passed on in 2018.
