Hello. Just an obviously biased author here. Let me get right down to what I believe is the most important. This is the first novel that I am distributing for others to read. I have written several others with around 200k words under my belt. For my writing in general, there are several goals that I am constantly aiming towards. - I wish to provide my characters believable responses and actions. - I wish to provide the reader a good understanding of the world I have created. - I wish to provide an interesting story to my readers. - Finally, I wish to provide all the above in as fluid a manner as possible. My ultimate goal is to provide an experience to the reader that lets them delve into the world without being pulled out of it abruptly for no good reason. Please let me know how well I hit my goals. As for this story in particular, it will be a harem story. However, it is currently limited to 8 women that will each be fully fleshed out. I plan to develop a deep relationship between them and the MC in a purposeful manner. They all matter a great deal to me personally. As a male author, I will try to give them the best fitting dialogue and actions for the character, but sometimes I have just never understood a woman's response to things. Heck, sometimes I do not understand my own response to things, let alone a woman's. I spend a lot of time in world development, and do venture off to explain certain things that may appear unimportant but can provide context for a good visualization of what is going on. I aim to provide a good understanding of the events without being too superfluous. Please provide feedback so I can continue to grow as an author!
