This is a "gatekeepers book" from the looks of it. There have been names of items and techniques that only people who enjoy or are knowledgeable of the cultivation genre are aware of. It isn't friendly to a new reader.In this case, it is a flaw of the author for not properly introducing the world and lore to the reader. This has a storyline, but it is greatly undermined by the fact that we do not know what any of those things are. Most of the information on hand waved as if we were supposed to take it at face value.I greatly recommend that the author try to try new techniques when it comes to weaving exposition into the story. It will greatly increase this story's stock in the future.

Good novel: I highly recommend it to cultivation genre lovers. Easy to understand words and relaxing plot. No harem and faceslaps. May there not be romance cause i don't like it!

4.8 for me as, the idea is interesting, and being a research maniac and fiddle with research will always result with something good. The story build up is fast, but that is just from my point of view as I take my time. Still It's a good read. Keep It up.
