And you need to know what the word means NTR means a love intrest having any sexual relations with another person it does not have to be a girlfriend or harem member or anything. Any Intrest in wanting relations at the time or in the future makes them a love intrest making any relations they have at that point NTR for the MC

NOPE. you seem to he misunderstanding what NTR is. NTR is when someone the MC is sexually involved with gets sexually involved with someone else. Voluntarily or involuntarily.
