There is "technically" no humans in this story. One of the earlier chapters explains a bit about that. The MC is a a race of beast's called God Beasts. All their young are born humans, once they reach a sufficient cultivation level they gain their beast form through an awakening. The "humans" that exist are simply God Beasts that have had their bloodline stripped a long time ago due to an event.
I rarely enjoy harems so, I won't be adding it to this book- at least for the main character.

I don't know why but that bothers me at some point, but I'll let it go because it's better this way... Instead of giving a human, beast bloodlines, better to give a beast divine power so that they become divine beasts, and have their children born with human appearance.

Although that doesn't change the fact that I find a novel without "pure" humans in it strange...

Me too. and I'm the one who wrote it. But I just wanted to explore Bloodlines a bit more. Reverse the entire process. And see it from a different perspective.

Its Western. Eastern snakes-Dragona aren't too bad for my taste. I just can't take Shenron Seriously

Dragons are really lustful creatures, just saying. They amount of casual relationships they have is insane. They are the definition of dine(f) and dash.
