Partner sharing. There is no ideology behind it, I just find it disgusting reading as a self insert. I dont mind it in female lead novels, cos I dont read stuff like that. There is no way to self insert myself into a female Mc.

it's a pity then. to me be it female or male I can self insert myself anywhere and I sometimes feel the female characters if written well without being trophy wives could have more depth than male MC's. that's why I sometimes hate harems. the woman are all the same used and left behind so what's the point of reading about them. if you ask me there is no ideology behind one dimensional edgy harem building MC's, because even the female lead is replaceable.
