It's the Shinobi world. You really think people will care much about it? Maybe the civilians will but even they know about clans and how they started so they may not think much about it and eventually not care or ignore it. Also the fact that she's the last Uzumaki and he's also an Uzumaki. If they can have multiple children together, they can have multiple Uzumaki children with high chance of awakening their bloodline(s). And him getting with others also brings back the clan even faster.
