Excellent writing!! I find the writing style very soothing and relaxing which makes sentences like "Oh dear god, Is my father Houdini?" very humorous to me. It doesn't have a lot of action so far other than training but it is still an enjoyable read. I look forward to how the plot will develop in the future.

Well written, lots of detail. The content is acquired taste. These first 25 chapters are one big training marathon. The training is very detailed and the author does not shy away from spending a chapter on explaining said training. On the whole, it makes me excited about when the training arc is over and things start to go down.... On the other hand, if you come here for a cool fast paced fanfic, you're at the wrong adress. 25 chapters of training, with the 25th one introducing a another field to train in, is not nothing. It's not easy to read a story piece meal in the first place, when it goes at this pacing it's even harder. I find myself waiting about 3-5 chapters before I continue reading because training arcs are easier to get through and enjoy, when you can bingeread them. What happens then is the big question. Will the author be steadfast and truck on in the same pacing, eventually completing the story at a high level? Or will the author lose interest by not being able to write the scenes he truly wants to that are a couple hundred chapter in? I've seen both occur on many occasions with fics that have a slow pace. I have never been disappointed by those who see it through till the end in said pacing, yet few see it through till the end. In the end, it's up to you as the reader to decide whether the pacing and long training arc are your cup of tea. I for one and going to do what I always do in such cases after hitting the 25th chapter mark. I shelve the story till I see it reach 100 then binge read those 75 chapters. Then wait a bit again, binge read again, rinse and repeat.
