read and completed chps 1025 .. so I like the novel strong fl and slice of life, transmigration in past, village life coming from the bottom now where here (drake 😄😋) type story. ml easy to figure out ,supportive and the buildup to relationship wasn't to long, or filled with white lotus, green teas to fight and miscommunication. distint family members with careers that don't leach of fl. all these hooked me and more so I tried to find mtl, and I found it. I read what I could for free , you just have to search the name mtl in Google you should find it. now for cons and SPOILERS the ending was rushed. didn't get to have the sweetness or wrapping up the arcs, the family lives I mean her family member was pregnant and we didn't get a close on that. there was an arc for a yang something was like a shadow guard/material artist key figure in an arc , something happens that actually made me want to drop the book. anyway he said he felt some type of way and then never spoken off. the other character was a princess after she left her male partner that storyline was not wrapped up. there are other cons but overal I wanted to finish because I love the fl. ending was not satisfying but I binge read for a few days so...

This book has been released in WN previously I believe but I may be wrong. I read this book years ago but never got to finish it. After reading the first few chapters I recalled the story. This is a good story but I guess the other books I was reading was more interesting. Nevertheless, this one is still good though some plot holes that were explained away by using FL “magic”. The FL is straightforward in dealing with things. I like her pets though. This is the thing that kept me interested. But later on, the story moved on without these cute pets (beasts)🥺 Anyway, this book is worth a try. Read and collect it.🥰

The translation is rather good but the story simply isn't. Most of the novel consists of people fawning over the FL because of her amazing skills/beauty/personality/intelligence/etc. This is supposed to be a historical novel but FL is so perfect that no one would ever dare to remember that she doesn't act like women were expected to act at the time. There is no obstacles, nothing thrilling happening. Just more and more people (including ML of course) worshipping FL. Her feelings for ML feel cheap, fake, and let's just say "convenient". Lastly, the conversations are poorly written. It feels as though the characters are all robots when speaking. I've really tried to read it but after pushing through 131 chapters, I give up.
