I love the story, but Midoriya's constant cowardly and weak attitude really prevents me from fully enjoying the story.I understand what you went through and your past, but honestly that doesn't make reading weak attitudes and constant stuttering and socially awkward conversations happy (I mean I don't like it). The idea is great, but I wish the MC was someone normal or at least with normal reactions and not just constantly passing out from talking to people, It is the only negative point, the MC, but also the most important in my opinion, the story is a 10/10 but I can't enjoy it unfortunately

I would even go as far as saying that Kohei Horikoshi should contact the Author to write this as a ‘What If’ slice of life spinoff anime for MHA, because I would watch it and love it.
