Review Detail of Blueman97 in One Piece: The Strange Talent of Cedric Strode

The writing is good but i do not know where this story is developing to and I just got bored reading it at chapter 10, I may have skimmed chapter 1 so probably characters are designed good but i do not care if the story does not interest me.
