Review Detail of LifeGivesYouLemons in Singularity in Primal Chaos [Completed]

A decent fanfic of Against the Gods with a few changes that is letdown by the MC and with the story following quite a lot of the original story with sometimes minimal changes while also keeping the negative issues (rape) from the original story. The story has fantastic grammar and while there are not many changes to the story, the few changes are unique like the system he gets. The other characters also do feel real and not flat which is a bonus. The MC despite my dislike for him does also provide power boosts to his harem which is pretty rare in these kind of novels. The biggest issue by far for me is the MC. The MC is really unlikable just like the original MC and if anything, is sometimes worse. Here's an example, when the MC heads to the Wasteland of Death everything practically follows the original story despite the system making some changes here and there. In the end, the rape happens which really hurt the story and reader count in my opinion. The MC has knowledge of the novel Against the Gods BUT the MC doesn't think ahead. Like really? You know the story and don't prepare for the rape or even think about it in advance? It feels very linear and despite a few changes here and there nothing really has changed with the story. The MC is also really antagonizing for no reason and sometimes comes across exactly like the people he himself dislikes (young masters) and doesn't show much intelligence or planning at all. All in all it is definitely a decent read especially for those that don't remember the story well as it's kind of a good refresher, though like I said above, is let down by the sometimes minimal changes of the story due to "fate/Creation Goddess" and the behavior/personality of the MC . I will keep the story in my library as I do still feel it's entertaining and worth a read despite the negatives.
