I honestly advise against working with web-novel/Qidian. They're too greedy. But alas, they have pretty much monopoly on this whole novel business (involving chinese novels). - I suggest you go to another translator site to translate and earn money. Like wuxiaworld . com for example. Or, really just any other site. Translating for fun on webnovel won't do you any good. Alternatively, if you really do this for fun and don't want strict hours, create your own site, but that will cost you money.
