no world background, the writing quality is amateur, no grammar mistakes, it's just the delivery, not even gonna go into the mc cause I would be ranting for too long, at ch 23, things just happen, there's some mystery past with amnesia maybe there'll be a story, can't say if it'll be good

thnx for your honest review man, the story which i have made is long, so the world buildup is kinda slow but it will to come life slowly in the upcoming chapters, as you can already see Aizel is still in the first town, I am a amateur as I already mentioned I am newbie and I am improving as I write further chapters 😅. About the Aizel past, I can't say anything as it will lead to major spoiler and everything is related which will reveal in further ahead in the story.

I had to leave this here. I just completed the first 100 chapters few days ago and am somewhere around 120. This story started out slow, but the quality of writing has improved so much in such short time! I got goosebumps reading one of the chapters. The story turns dark and I love it. It's definitely worth reading till at least Chapter 110. You won't regret it. I'm excited to see how the magical and political situations develop and looking forward to explore more of Xelgar. P.S. Alora best waifu

This is probably my first mostly positive review here. What I like most about this novel is that the author does away with most of the clichés of this kind of novel and the novel feels authentic. The common tropes you'd expect are just not there and the best thing is that there are none of the most common annoying tropes. The best thing so far is the story's development and what keeps me reading the novel. If I had to name its weakest point, that's the characters. I don't like most of them if I'm being honest. Aside from Daisy and the kids. That includes the main character, he is overly trusting even when he has all the hints that he should stop just trusting people for no reason. I sincerely hope that will improve in the future because an unlikable main character is a huge detriment. Although I did like some twists with the characters. Like one of them being surprisingly good while another one isn't. Anyway, if the main character sees some development, I think this novel has enormous potential.
